Suggested use

Taste best chilled.

5 unpacked scoops (45g) of powder + 150ml or 180ml of lukewarm-water (5 or 6 fl oz) = shake well or mix well 

The amount of water can be adjusted to achieve your desired richness according to your child's taste.

Use as a light meal or in between meals to fill in any nutritional gaps in your kid's diet. Serve it as a creamy drink, toss it in a smoothie, oatmeal or add it to their favorite recipe. Else Kids can be used daily or occasionally, as part of a nutrition plan.
