Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, take one scoop (54.3 grams) of Karbolyn® Fuel and mix into 16 Oz of water in a shaker cup. Use as directed below.
Before training: Drink 1 serving 30 minutes before exercise.
During training: Sip on 1 serving during exercise.
After training: Drink 1 serving after exercise.
