Suggested use

Take one (1) capsule twice daily with or without food. Usage can be safely increased as recommended by a healthcare provider.

Water, vegetarian soft-gel capsule (roasted starch, glycerin, food-grade carrageenan from red seaweed and class 1 natural caramel color), safflower oil, glycerin ester, seaweed powder (Lithothamnion calcareum), molasses‡, Japanese cane and beet sugars‡, xylo-oligosaccharides‡, vegetable protein (from fermented soy)‡ and vitamin E (as a preservative).

Does not contain milk, egg, fish, tree nuts, wheat (gluten), peanuts, or sesame seeds.
