Suggested use
Combine 1 serving of PURPLE WRAATH with 10-20 fl oz. of water, and consume it during the workout. Shake well before drinking. PURPLE WRAATH should be used in conjunction with other Controlled Labs products, with an adequate amount of water per day, and a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet. You may consume up to a maximum of 2 servings per day.
