Suggested use
Step 1: Soak a handful of Premium Dried Raw Purple Sea Moss in a large bowl of water.
Step 2: Rinse the moss multiple times to remove sand and other ocean residues.
Step 3: Place the bowl with the cleaned moss under the water in the refrigerator to expand for 24-12 hours.
Step 4: After Step 3, squeeze lemon or lime juice into the water, then rinse the moss again.
Step 5: Blend the soaked sea moss with some water until it becomes a smooth homogeneous mass.
Step 6: Put the sea moss mass into a jar and refrigerate it for an hour.
Your home-made sea moss is ready for use! Now you could easily add it into smoothies, juices, salads or desserts. Yummy!
Warnings
Sea moss can be stored in the fridge for up to 21 days and up to 365 days in the freezer.
Unprepared (dry sea moss) can be stored at room temperature or in the fridge for up to 365 days.
