Hi.. 1.Each day how many pills have to take? 2. Take this pills after or before meals?
Hi- instructions read: as a dietary supplement take 2 capsules three times a day or as suggested by your health professional. I have taken these on a full and empty tummy. Its all ok. Now if this bottle had cayenne in, as some of Dr. Christophers do, I would take w/ a full stomach. With these- seriously I dont have or need a set schedule. Hope this helps.
