Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) have long been known for their positive impact on training endurance, and recovery. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein, and they help to create protein synthesis in the body. BCAAs, comprised of amino acids Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine, complement a variety of training types and serve as guard against muscle loss, especially during intense training.
Suggested Use
Mix one to two scoops of Cellucor COR-Performance ß-BCAA in at least 8 fl oz of cold water or other beverage of choice. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributed to beta alanine.
Maximum Performance Tips:
Cellucor COR-Performance ß-BCAA can be taken any time before, during, or immediately following intense training. Cellucor COR-Performance ß-BCAA may be mixed with any amount of water depending on desired flavor concentration. For maximum results, stack COR-Performance ß-BCAA with Cellucor C4 and/or Cellucor COR-Performance Whey Protein.
