Dosage:
For General Health and Wellbeing: Adults take 1 capsule a day with main meal. Children 12 years and older can take 1 capsule a day. 

For Osteoarthritis, Cholesterol health, skin health and pregnant women: Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with main meals or as advised by your Healthcare Professional.

Concentrated Omega 3 Triglycerides – Fish Oil 1.5g (1500mg) 
Equiv. to Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 540mg 
Equiv. to Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 360mg

Free from:
Sugar, dairy, lactose, gluten, yeast, wheat, salt and and preservatives.

Interactions:
Take at least two hours away from all other pharmaceutical medications. 
If taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications please consult your Healthcare Professional before taking this product. 
Discontinue use 2 weeks before surgery.
