Suggested use
Take 1 Tbsp daily with food, maximum 2 Tbsp daily. Children ages 4 and up can take 1/2 Tbsp daily per 40 pounds of body weight. Shake well & refrigerate after opening. Use within 30 days of opening to ensure maximum freshness.
