Suggested Use
Basic Cooking Instructions
Combine 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain Medley and 3 cups water in a pot. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until grains are softened, about 1 hour. Drain off any excess water. Makes 4 servings (about 3 1/2 cups).
Other Ingredients
Whole grain hard red wheat, whole grain brown rice, whole grain oats, whole grain rye, whole grain triticale, barley, whole grain kamut khorasan wheat, whole grain buckwheat, sesame seeds.
