Nourish yourself with Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Scottish Oatmeal, an exceptionally creamy and satisfying hot cereal. It contains all the remarkable nutrition, sweet flavor and natural goodness of whole grain oats milled in the same old-fashioned way as the original stone ground porridge of ancient Scotland.
Bob's Red Mill products labeled Gluten Free are batch tested in our quality control laboratory. We use an ELISA Gluten Assay test to confirm that the product is gluten free.
Suggested Use
Keeps best refrigerated or frozen
Stovetop Instructions
Bring water and salt to a boil. Slowly stir in Scottish Oatmeal, reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.

Microwave Instructions
Combine 1/4 cup Scottish Oatmeal, 3/4 cup water and a pinch of salt. Stir well. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
