I suffer from insomnia and overthinking I can't sleep even after using melatonin can this Gaba help me?
Gaba is one of several supplements that I take at night to assist me in having a restful night of sleep. Along with a Super Snooze formula which includes 5mg of Melatonin, I take some Valerian, and 5HTP, all of which you can buy from iHerb. Not sure how OK this is to mention, depending on where you live, and your inclination, for excessive thinking, I personally use some THC, which seems to help with that component of insomnia that you mentioned in your question.
