Suggested use
Take 2 tablets daily after breakfast or first meal of the day. Stay well hydrated. Do not exceed 2 tablets within 24 hours. Take with food, few hours before or after other medications. Avoid taking at bedtime.
Other ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, white film coating (polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol, talc).

Warnings

Do not use if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation (e.g. blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, fish oil, Vitamin E) as this may increase spontaneous bleeding. Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite. Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety or headaches, in which case discontinue use. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 1 month. Store in a cool and dry place. Do not expose to excessive heat or moisture. Do not use if inner seal is broken. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally).
