Suggested use
Mix 1 scoop (15.5 g) with 12 to 16 oz of ice-cold water 20 to 30 minutes before your workout. Take 1 scoop 2 times per day. To assess tolerance, begin with 1/2 scoop with 6 to 8 oz of water.
