Saxa Cooking Salt is Australia's traditional salt choice for the kitchen. The medium sized crystals can be pinched or measured out and used for all your cooking requirements, dissolving quickly to disperse flavour. It is ideal for crisping crackling and salting water for pasta.
Saxa salt is from the deep clear waters of the great southern oceans of Australia. It is naturally evaporated using the solar evaporation method, which is simply allowing natural elements such as the sun and the wind to do this.
