What You Will Need:
1 package Simple Truth Organic Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix
1 packet yeast (included)
3/4 cup very warm water
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 425?F and grease one 12-inch pizza pan. In a large bowl, combine water and yeast packet and stir until yeast is dissolved. Add pizza crust mix, oil and egg and stir until soft dough forms. Cover; let stand 5 minutes. Press dough into 12-inch pizza pan, using fingers dusted with gluten free flour. Bake crust before topping for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Add toppings and bake 10 minutes longer until toppings are done.
Serve.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
