Psyllium seed husks are portions of the seeds produced by the psyllium plant. The husks are indigestible and are used as a source of dietary fibre. They are consumed by mixing with water or another fluid.
Dosage Take 1 teaspoon, 2-3 times daily mixed with plenty of water. Children take half the adult dose.
