Instructions for use:

Adults and children over 12 years of age: One tablet daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Tablets may be crushed if required. For children under 12 years of age OsteVit-D Children's Oral Drops are recommended.

Active Ingredients:

Contains Vitamin D3 1000IU (cholecalciferol 25 micrograms) per tablet

Warnings/Precautions:

Vitamins can only be of assistance if dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
