, Empty the pouch in a microwaveable bowl or sauce pan, add ??? cup or more water, cover, heat and serve.
Traditional Indian style: combine pouch contents with ??? cup of water (or more as desired) heat and serve with rice, bread and vegetables.
Mung Dal Stews: Saut??? two cups of your favorite vegetables (greens, carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, diced onion etc.) or pan brown ??? lb of any combination. Mix in contents of this pouch, add ??? cup water. Simmer 10 min. and add water, salt pepper and lemon juice to your liking.
Mung Dal Soup: Combine contents of this pouch with 1 cup of your favorite broth or water (50/50: water/tomato juice will make a good variation) and heat to create a light, nutritious soup!
