Compounds containing sulfur are found in all body cells and are indispensable for life. Sulfur is an important mineral to support the structural integrity of cartilage and skin. Ginger has a long history of use in traditional Japanese Kampo, Ayurvedic and Chinese meds as an anti-inflammatory. Instructions:
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily with food.
