Easy 3-Step Directions:
- In medium saucepan bring liquid, butter and salt (optional), to a boil.
- Stir in?rice, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 55 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Drain excess liquid. Fluff with fork and serve.
* For firmer, nutty texture, decrease cooking time. For softer, more tender rice, increase cooking time.
