Suggested use

Make it a Sitz Bath 

Lay an herbal pad in a shallow bowl and cover it with about a cup and a half of boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes and let cool. Very gently drain extra liquid from the pad, leaving it damp but not soaking. Be gentle and don't squeeze! The herbal pads are fragile and can burst. Let the brewed liquid cool down, then take a warm sitz bath. 

Make it a Padsicle
