We honor this innate perfection by keeping our foods simple, and our flaxseeds are an excellent example of that practice. They are simply seeds from the flax plant with nothing added and nothing removed, offering up 8 grams of fiber and 5790mg of Omega-3s per serving and boasting a wonderfully nutty flavor. Directions
To get the most nutrition from your flaxseeds, grind them into meal. Simply put a few tablespoons of flaxseeds into a small electric grinder. Grind for about 30 seconds, or until the seeds become a fine meal. Add to smoothies, breads, crackers, cookies, hot cereal, yogurt, salads and pilafs for a powerful nutritional boost.
Store in a cool, dry place. Keeps best refrigerated or frozen after opening.
