When we first heard the idea of Wasabi & Soy Almonds, we were a little skeptical, too. Then we tried one. Great wasabi kick with a salty, sweet finish. But we still werent sure, so we tried another one. And then another. Pretty soon the can was gone, so we had to open up a new one. Well, were still trying them. Were pretty sure we like them, but were going to keep on tasting them to be sure.
Science evidence suggests, but does not prove, that eating 1.5 ounces per day of most nuts, such as almonds, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol may reduce the risk of heart disease.
