Take 1 packet of Aminocore Natural during weight training or any athletic event. On non-training days, Aminocore Natural can be taken anytime on an empty stomach. Mix entire contents (10.5 g) into approximately 17 oz (500 ml) bottle of water or a tall glass of water (2 cups). Stir, swirl or shake gently until mixed.
