Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is an essential water-soluble vitamin which plays a vital role in maintaining human health. Suggested Use
As a Dietary Supplement, healthy adults take 1 packet daily or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional. Add to 6-8 oz of the liquid of your choice. For best results, stir for 30-60 seconds or gently shake in a blender-type bottle or shaker cup.
