Suggested use
Adults-Start with one serving per day, gradually increase to desired daily intake. Take with food. Swallow one capsule at a time. Take each serving with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other liquid. Drinking additional liquid is helpful. If minor gas or bloating occurs, reduce the amount you take until your system adjusts. Use every day for best results.

Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. Do not take if you are allergic to any ingredients contained in this product. If you have difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate med attention. This product should be taken with at least a full glass of liquid. How to take it? With meals??
This can be taken on an empty stomach or with food. I have taken it both ways. If you take with food it may make you feel more full. Some say it is easier to have a bowel movement after taking this on an empty stomach.
