Suggested use
The metered nasal pump provides a precise amount of spray in a fine mist. Prior to initial use, remove clear cap, prime pump by holding it upright and pumping one or more times until the solution is dispensed.
Shake before each use. Clear the nasal passageway by gently blowing your nose before using. Insert nozzle into nostril and depress pump completely while breathing in thorough nose. Spray one to three times in each nostril as needed for temporary relief of congestion due to common upper respiratory issues, allergies and sinus pressure. Clean nozzle after use and replace safety cap.

Purified water, xylitol, aloe vera, usp sodium chloride, grapefruit seed extract and capsicum oleoresin.
Warnings
Use by more than one person may spread infection. Keep out of reach of children. Clean nozzle after each use and replace cap. You may experience a burning sensation associated with capsicum-that is normal.
Avoid contact with eyes. Children under 6 years-consult a physician before use. If symptoms persist for more than two weeks, see a doctor.
