Suggested use
For Urgent and Immediate Use:
Take one cup of tea 3-4 times daily for liver-gall bladder support & 6-8 times daily for kidney-bladder support on an empty stomach for up to one month or as directed by your health care practitioner.
For Maintenance:
Take one cup of tea once or twice daily on an empty stomach 5 or 6 days a week.
To Prepare:
Add 4 level teaspoons to 5 cups of boiling water. Reduce heat and let simmer 15-20 minutes. When cool, strain tea and discard leaves. Makes 4 cups of pleasant tasting and healthful tea. Serve hot or cold. Store in refrigeration in a glass container with a lid for up to a week.
