For children 4 yrs & up: Take one (1) tablet half an hour before bedtime. If one tablet is not effective, children 12 years and older may take up to three (3) tablets; or as directed by a doctor. Chew thoroughly before swallowing.

Do not use this product if safety seal under cap is torn or missing.
