Vitamatic, High Dose Melatonin, Natural Berry, 60 mg, 60 Fast Dissolve Tablets

As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime with 8 to 12 oz of water or as directed by your healthcare provider. Allow the tablet to dissolve in the mouth. To assess tolerance, start with a half tablet.
