Protein Shake:
Shake It Up! Shake one pack of Vega Sport Performance Protein in 1.5 cups (12 fl oz) of ice cold water or non-dairy beverage and enjoy 45 to 90 minutes after your workout.
Or Blend It! Mix one pack of Vega Sport Performance Protein into your favorite smoothie.
Recovery Accelerator:
(adult): Mix one pack (27 g) of Vega Sport Recovery Accelerator in 1.5 cups (12 fl oz) of cold water and drink immediately after exercise to enhance recovery process and reduce rest period between workouts.
Pre-Workout Energizer:
(adult): Mix one pack (0.6 oz) of Vega Sport Pre-Workout Energizer in 1 cup (8 fl oz) of cold water and drink 20 minutes prior to exercise to enhance athletic and mental performance.
Vega Electrolyte Hydrator:
Mix one pack (3.8 g) of Vega Electrolyte Hydrator in 2-3 cups of cold water and drink during exercise, or drink throughout the day for hydration. For adult use only.
