I'm not in keto but I do water fast and intermittent fasting is it good in fasting window to take without a keto diet?
Yeah, the keto just means its not full of sugar like some electrolyte pills and powders. But if youre temporarily avoiding calories, its great for that, too.
Can i use it for water fasting also??
