The Softgel
Contains 300 mg of DHA and 150 mg of EPA from AlaskOmega, a refined omega-3 fish oil concentrate made from fish that has met the Marine Stewardship Council's (MSC) standard for sustainability. DHA supports your baby's brain and eye development.

Suggested use
Take one purple tablet, one white tablet, and one softgel a day with food. Tablets and softgel may be taken together or at different times during the day. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
Other ingredients
Purple Tablet: Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, purple film coating (polydextrose, calcium carbonate, hypromellose, medium chain triglycerides, anthocyanin extract).
White Tablet: Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, white film coating (hypromellose, polydextrose, calcium carbonate, medium chain triglycerides).
