Suggested use

Rub a little vegetable or olive oil on the flesh side of the salmon, then sprinkle with seasoning before roasting. Try using it on chicken, pork or even brussels sprouts.

Other ingredients

Maple sugar (maltodextrin and canadian maple syrup), viking oak smoked salt (sea salt, natural smoke), brown sugar, hudson valley salt, onion, garlic, black pepper, vegetable fiber to prevent caking, acidity regulator (citric acid), thyme.
