Suggested use
Apply patch to any clean, dry, non-hairy body part for relief where needed. Wear up to 12 hours. Peel off patch when ready to discard. Moisture resistant.
Other ingredients
(1 Patch)*: Melatonin (6.5 mg), arnica extract (4 mg), white willow bark extract (4 mg), l-menthol natural flavor (3 mg), ashwagandha root extract (2 mg), manganese gluconate (1.5 mg), cinnamon (1.5 mg), pterostilbene (1 mg), saffron (1 mg), peppermint leaf extract (.5 mg), CoQ10 (.5 mg), adhesive.
