Ingredient Facts
Vitamin B12 is a water soluble vitamin that is essential for normal formation of blood cells and plays a key role in energy metabolism in the body.
Suggested Use
For adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care provider.
Other Ingredients
Organic tapioca dextrose, fermentation blend (organic soy flour, organic gum arabic, organic yeast, L. acidophilus, B. bifidum, L. rhamnosus, papain, bromelain), organic bamboo extract, organic rice extract blend, organic maltodextrin, organic sunflower lecithin, organic palm oil, organic guar gum.
No wheat, no milk, no lactose, no artificial color, no artificial flavor, no artificial sweetener, no preservatives, no peanuts, no tree nuts, no fish, sodium free.
