Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) gummy vitamin 1 to 2 hours before bed. Chew thoroughly before swallowing. Do not exceed recommended dose.
Other ingredients
Tapioca fiber, raw cane sugar, water; less than 2% of: fruit pectin, natural flavors, citric acid, fruit & vegetable juice (for color), sodium citrate, coconut oil, carnauba wax, magnesium oxide.
