Dissolve one packet into a 4 oz, to 6 oz. glass of juice or water. Note: Stevia leaf extract, a natural sweetener, may cause taste to vary.
Dosage: Take one packet on an empty stomach before bedtime (approx. 1 hr. after last meal). Occasionally, people who can't sleep at night after taking this product might elect to take this product in the morning (approx. 20 min. before first meal). Use for 28 days, then skip 2 to 3 days, then start over for another 28 day cycle.
