Yes, this is red raspberry leaf. And just for clarification, the "C/S" stands for "Cut and Sifted" which is a common form of preparation where the leafs and stems are cut into smaller pieces. In comparison to being "whole leaf" like say a Basil leaf, or a powder that one might put into capsules. :)
