Suggested use
Before exercising or using a sauna, apply a thin layer of Sweet Sweat gel on your skin, without rubbing it in, covering all target areas. Exercise as usual, then wipe off with a towel before showering.
Pro Tips: Apply Sweet Sweat gel on clean skin, free of creams, lotions, or other topical products as these substances will hinder the gel's effectiveness.
