Source Naturals Erythri-Sweet is an all-purpose, non-GMO sweetener that contains zero calories per serving. Erythritol is a sugar alcohol that occurs naturally in fruits and some fermented products, like wine, and has been studied extensively as a low-calorie sweetener. I can be used to sweeten any favorite food or beverage, but is particularly effective as a high-quality sugar substitute in baked goods, and is stable during baking. It does not promote tooth decay, and is both suitable for vegetarians and safe for pets.
Suggested Use
As a sugar substitute, add in amounts satisfactory to your taste.
Other Ingredients
Pure erythritol crystalline powder (Non-GMO).
