Suggested use
Read the entire label before use and follow the directions provided.
For Weight Loss: Mix 1 serving with 6 oz of cold water and consume 30 minutes before your 2 largest meals. For best results, use for 60 days in combination with a calorie-reduced diet and exercise.
For Pre-Workout: For more energy, mix 1 to 2 servings with 6 to 12 oz of cold water and consume 30 minutes before your workout. Assess your tolerance by mixing 1 serving (1 scoop) with 6 oz of cold water and drinking it about 30 minutes before your workout. Then increase the dosage to 2 servings mixed with 12 oz of cold water before your workout. Do not exceed 2 servings (2 scoops) in a 24-hour period. Maintain an adequate state of hydration during use.
