How to Make the Perfect Whey Protein Shake:
Shake or Blend
Tip: Use a range of 6 to 8 oz of fluid, depending on how concentrated you prefer the taste of your shake to be.
Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) in 6 to 8 oz. of water or skim milk, according to taste. Use between major meals and after exercise. For maximum results, take 4 servings per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.
