Santa Barbara Bar is a nutrient dense food filled with superfoods that contain vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, essential fatty acids, and fiber. These superfoods, among many health benefits, have shown to reduce cancer, decrease cardiovascular disease, have anti-inflammatory benefits, help with blood sugar regulation, and delay the effects of aging.
In contrast, empty-calorie foods high in refined sugars, carbohydrates, fats, and sodium may contribute to weight gain and insufficient nutrients to maintain optimal health.
