Hi I am a big men. Using your multivitamin for men for already 3 months.I am taking 1 pill after meal in the morning. I still feel lake of energy, especially in the evening. Can I take 2 peals ? I am 65. My weight is 330 pounds. Thank you
I wish I had a more specific answer, but as I am not a health professional, you should probably check with your doctor or a health professional. There are some vitamins like D and C which might need higher doses based on weight; but in a multivitamin formula like this, the levels of all of the included ingredients are often formulated for the safest tested amount. I have received good responses from this company (Rainbow Light), by sending an email to them, you might try that as well. Good luck!
