Water and Fat Soluble: The problem with regular CoQ10 supplements is that they do not dissolve in water and dissolve poorly in fat and, therefore, have poor absorption. Qunol® Mega CoQ10 is different. Qunol® Mega’s formulation is both water and fat-soluble and provides superior absorption compared to regular CoQ10.

Ubiquinol - the Active Form of CoQ10: Studies show that when we are young, our bodies synthesize CoQ10 well, converting it readily to Ubiquinol. But as we get older, the body's ability to convert CoQ10 to Ubiquinol diminishes. This means that as we age, CoQ10 supplements may become less effective.
