The Science Behind Purity Ease
Purity EASE is formulated with your digestive health in mind. While acidity is reduced, the levels of chlorogenic acid lactones, which are antioxidant phenolic compounds, are increased. Scientific literature strongly indicates that bioactive compounds such as polyphenols protect against free radical damage. The slightly darker roast increases melanoidins, which are shown to have health benefits.

All Purity Coffees are packaged in strong barrier valve bags that are nitrogen-flushed before sealing to prevent oxidation and ensure the coffee tastes as fresh and nutritious as the day it was roasted.

Suggested use
Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20 g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195ºF and 205ºF. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.
