The Science Behind Purity Balance
Purity BALANCE is formulated for coffee drinkers who prefer a lightly caffeinated coffee. While FDA scientists have determined that consuming up to 400 mg of caffeine (4-5 cups of regular coffee) can be part of a healthy adult diet, every individual reacts to caffeine differently. Those who are slow caffeine metabolizers, managing health issues or taking certain medications may benefit from reduced caffeine consumption while still getting similar antioxidant levels as regular Purity Coffee, when drinking BALANCE.
Our Freshness Strategy
All Purity Coffees are packaged in strong barrier valve bags that are nitrogen-flushed before sealing to prevent oxidation and ensure the coffee tastes as fresh and nutritious as the day it was roasted.

Suggested use
Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match brewing method. Use water around 200°F (93?). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat and moisture.
