How it works: Microcrystalline hydroxyapatite (MCHA) is a natural compound that makes up the crystalline matrix of bone and teeth, and is the substance that gives them their rigidity. Suggested use
Take 4 capsules daily with food, preferably in divided doses, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Bovine gelatin (bse-free) (capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, stearic acid (vegetable source), glucosamine potassium sulfate complex and microcrystalline cellulose.
